Terms of Service
Draft — last updated July 8, 2026
1. Who we are
Affirm Away is operated by Ambervault LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Affirm Away website (affirmaway.com) and mobile app (together, the "Service").
2. What the Service is — and isn't
Affirm Away offers affirmations, mindfulness content, and personal-growth tools intended for general wellbeing. It is not medical care, therapy, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local support line.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or linked accounts secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app; deletion permanently removes your cloud data.
4. Waitlist and email
If you join our waitlist, we use your email to tell you about the launch and, if you opted into topics, content relevant to them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the Service (interfere with it, probe it, or access it by automated means beyond what public pages allow).
- Don't resell or redistribute the content without our permission.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Service's content (text, design, audio) belongs to Ambervault LLC or its licensors. Content you create in the app (like custom affirmation cards) is yours; you give us the limited license needed to store and display it back to you.
7. Subscriptions
Optional paid features, if offered, are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms; manage or cancel there.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambervault LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
